prem pro 4:3 to letterbox

Hi

Can somebody tell me how to make 4:3 footage to letterbox in adobe prem. pro? I allready captured the 4:3 footage, and I want to put it on one timeline together with other footage shot in the letterbox format.

Thanks! that thread was helpfull. I've tried the letterbox in title, but that letterbox is larger than the one coming with the "standard" letterbox of the letterbox dvx-footage. can I change the title letterbox seize? or how to make one in photoshop that fits the other letterbox and how to import it in prem. pro? cropping works fine but leaves me with less reposition options than a matte letterbox.
