Preferred Memory Vendor?

[Sad Max]

Does anyone have a preferred vendor from whom to buy memory? I need to pick up 4GB (2x 2GB modules) of Samsung K4H510438C-ZCCC or Infineon HYB25D512400BC-5 for a workstation.

Can't reference the specific products you mention, but OWC is a great vendor for memory, drives and stuff.

OWC (Other World Computing) is great, and very helpful (especially and mainly for Mac users)
