Precursor - Rich Lee

Rich,

I just saw your film "Precursor" on Trigger Street and I wanted to tell you that I was blown away (no pun intended). It was really powerful and extremely well done.

Congratulations,

Chris

Re: Precursor - Rich Lee

Ha, I remember this one...it was good!

Since we're talking about Rich...What are you working on now?

Re: Precursor - Rich Lee

hey guys, i just found this thread...havnt been on the site in a few days.

Thanks CMessineo, i saw your review as well on triggerstreet...thanks man! yeah, precursor made the finals on that site. i just got an email from the triggerstreet people saying that they need a bio/precursor still/and a pic of my ugly mug for a potential article in vanity fair for the finalists...i was like...doh! i hate photos of me...anyway...whatrugonnado...but it could be pretty cool to be mentioned in that mag.

yeah, it was shot on a xl1s. if you check out my site there are some images of the camera setup i had.

phil, im trying to get my day job back on track...been really busy with that. i never really ended one project, and moved onto another...so i have been doing alot of nights and weekends to wrap up the last one. its all good and stuff, but its really hard doing 2 big projects at once.

anyway, im going to shoot a test soon for a music video idea i have. buckfast the band i just did a video for wants another one...that is performance based. but i soooo dont want to do a standard performance vid in a warehouse or on a roof. so i was thinking it would be cool to a do a performance video...that has the guys doing their thing but they are like 3inches tall...on a city street with tires and wheels and shite crossing the bg and forground..over the course of the video the guys get bigger and bigger...to the point where they are like 300ft tall and are hanging out on the edge of skysrapers. its "kinda" like the video for "your love is strong" by the rolling stones...but different in that it will be them being super small to super big...rather then just always big...anyway, trying to work it all out...but i want to do a small person test, and a big person test..i will post some footage when i have some...

aight peace out!

Rich,

That video idea sounds amazing.

Best of luck with it and with the TriggerStreet competition.
