Pre-shoot Ritual?

Just wondering 'bout anyone's pre-shoot rituals, superstitions, rah-rah cheers with cast/crew, etc...anyone have something they always do, avoid, swear by?

Bark at the moon? Lucky socks? The whole spectrum, common sense to full on Howard Hughes funhouse...
 
I hold my breath wen coming to serious parts in a scene that actors must get right....sometimes i hold my breath the hold take...and usually it comes out the way i want wen i do that....but then by the time i realize it was a good scene...im passed out on the floor looking like a grape..
 
I make a mistake as early as possible.

I also try to embarass my self as early as possible.

If I get it out of the way the rest of the day goes better.
