(Pre) Production online course or book?

Any recommendations for a good online course or a book for pre-production, and production? I am writing a microbudget indie horror screenplay now, so one could say I am in development. But I want to start thinking about pre-production and production, the process. I do have a bucket (literally) of books on producing, financing, blah blah blah. I have made three cheesy short films, longest was ten minutes, so I know the basics. So now I want to gear up to write+produce an 80 minute microbudget indie horror, which will involve more $, more actors, several locations, might end up hiring SAG actors, or not. I was on filmspecific.com for a couple of months, I thought they had such a course online but I do not see it there anymore. I am based in the Plains of Despair, uh, northern Minnesota, so I do not have access to courses that are certainly abundant in LA, Chicago, NY. Unless it was an intensive one week course or something in Chicago, as I could visit there and stay with friends. Not interested in Dov S.'s course, it is outdated from what I have heard. But another intense one week course online or in person would interest me, moreso if online to lessen travel expenses. Or any really good book suggestions. Not sure which forum to post to so I posted here; I usually hang out on the screenwriting forum.

About a decade ago I bought his book from Amazon for $14 rather than take his course. Even back then I had to mentally update his technical info. If you haven't seen dvxuser Faith Granger's feature project "Deuce of Spades" I'd recommend picking up a copy to see what a $40k feature looks like from someone who got it right. Also look at all the posts in her User Films thread.

I think Corrado threads were pretty informative. Adam went through a lot of his process as he was making the film. As far as books go, I think going and searching on Amazon may help. Since I live in LA, I sometimes drop by Barnes & Noble to flip through the books since there generally is a large selection. I am not recommending the book this link goes to - but down below it has the people who looked at this book also looked at these books. Some these books had good ratings.
