Pre Production Budget Pricing

[drameddie]

Does anyone know a site or have any info on where I can get estimates on pricing of items while setting up a budget? I want to have a rough estimate before I make calls to companies. Pricing on items such as renting dolly tracks, jibs, cranes, wire rigs, port a poddies, and etc.

Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Rental 101:

Whatever the rental list price is for anything, negotiate for a two day week as your absolute maximum!

Thanks. What if I need it for 5 days?

So you have it for seven and pay for two.

Oh, I see. Does that always work?

For me its just a requirement. Nothing personal with the rental company.

It's always great to bargain. I decided to just use this company's rental equipment website and compile a list of pricing based on their prices as a rough estimate.
