PPro CS5 Manual???

HI,

Amazingly dumb question. I've just cross-platform upgraded to PPro CS5 Mac. I'm looking for the manual. I wasn't expecting a paper manual (duh) but... I can't seem to find even a PDF one on the install disk, and the help files in the program send me to repeatedly Adobe updating web page hell.

All I want is a PDF I can read. I don't want "Adobe Community Help". I don't want video tutorials, forums or hyper-text documents you have to view page by page online. I want a simple, straightforward manual. Does such a thing exist these days???

Baffled. Can anyone point me at it?
