PPro CS5.5 h264 encode problem

Hi,

i've encoded a source film + timecode to a friend in PPro CS5.5 and send to export with Media Encoder CS5.1. The source footage is 1080p and i set the h264 - apple tv 720p. The encoder generate a *.mp4 file ... but i can't play this file in my pc. I tried to play with WMP12, VLC and QuickTime Player (basic). What i need to watch the encoded footage?
