PPro CS2 - Export uncompress then encode divx workflow?

I have my project done in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. The project consists of:

- Audio
- Animation via image files.
- Transitions & effects

1) What is the proper way to export the cleanest highest quality uncompressed AVI? Can you please tell me the settings?

2) How can I convert the uncompressed AVI to Divx while maintaining the highest quality? What software? Should I use Divx Pro to do this? If so what settings? This would be a big help!

You might of answered your own question. Uncompressed would be the highest quality but will take up lots of harddrive space. Not sure if premiere allows you to export directly to Divix. I believe it can. Never really check. There might be a codec if so, you can just export striaght to divix thus not needing to export uncompressed then divix.
