PPro 5 and AVC-I Footage?

Why do I have a yellow bar over my AVC Intra 100 clips in my CS5 timeline? Doeosn't PPro 5 pre-render AVC-I 100? I thought the setting during setup allowed me to edit natively. Any thoughts? Or am I wrong about my observations? I use the HPX250 camera.

Thank you for your reply. Your Adobe reference article answered my question exactly. I get a yellow bar for my untouched clips because the source codec (AVC-I 100) is computationally more difficult than what I had been using, which had been DVCPRO-HD. I always assumed ALL clips untouched in post would have no colored bar above it. Thank you again for your reply.
