ppro 2.0 upgrade ???

are you able to upgrade ppro while you are in the middle of a project. i would like to upgrade so i can mix 24p and 60i in the same timeline but i heard you can't do that with 1.5 so i would like this upgrade that supposedly gets rid of this bug. i definately don't want to jeporadize my project i am working on though

I had the same concerns with upgrading with projects in progress. I installed 2.0 without removing 1.5 just in case. So far, all my projects have loaded into 2.0 without any problems.

CineForm (third party HD program) actually recommends keeping 1.5 on your machine, at least temporary, after installing 2.0 and their software.

Ah, good point, tripleAAA. 1.5.1 used some version of CineForm drivers for HDV support, didn't it? Since 2.0 now has 'native' HDV support, I guess you might have problems loading 1.5.1 HDV projects? Does buying Aspect HD solve this? In any case, both PPro versions seem to co-exist OK on the same system.
