Ok, I have never done anything requiring closed captioning before and was hoping that some of you with vastly greater experience could point me in the right direction.
The project is for network delivery, and I do not have the capability to do the CC inhouse, so we have secured another house to do it for us...
Final delivery to the network is either via tape or an online method that I am a little unsure about. My question is this; would it be easier to let the other location do the CC and the final to tape for delivery rather than do the CC, send the final back to Atlanta, then send the final back to the west coast for delivery after all the tracks are re-synched?
And if I do wind up doing it here and delivering the final via the online method how do I go about getting the CC file, video file, and 4 audio tracks to jive in PP CS4 (I have seen the method for putting them into Encore but my final output is not DVD)...
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!
