I am considering using the Sony NP-F970 Battery (7.2V) to power my HDMI Splitter (5V), HDMI to Composite Box (5V), Canon 7D (7.8V), Lilliput 7" Monitor (7.2V), and I might try to make it work for the DIY EVF (12V).
Does anyone know of a way to split the output of the F970 Battery to accommodate each piece of kit, like a breakout box of some sort?
I have also thought about using this 12V Rechargeable Battery and stepping down the voltage to each unit, but this is just not my strongest area, so I'm hoping someone can help me here.
