Power-tap or D-tap Who makes the connector?

IDX, Anton Bauer use to provide an outlet for auxillary power that are hard to find. I don't mean the ones you buy pre-made up from Anton B etc... in other words who is the supplier.
XLR, fisher, Lemo etc... are easy enough to come by - but not the Powertap connector. Any help would be appreciated

Cheers

Thanks guys...
I know i can buy pre-made for $20 and assembly Kit for $14.
but My question is who is the supplier (not retailers)? Is got to be cheaper than $14 some where (overseas).

I too have been trying to find that connector for over 2 years. That thing must be made of 24K gold to be that expensive. One would think that by now you would be able to get them at eBay from some China supplier for like a buck each. I have exhausted all my energy on the web looking for just that, I mean c'mon that thing is just plastic with 2 metal pins, a small nut and screw.
If you need just 1 or 2 then the BH in NY is the cheapest place, they ship very fast, make sure they have them in stock. I think I bought all they had the last time I got them. They are tricky to solder , just do not lose that small ultra tiny nut that clamps both sides together after soldering. I did just that and had to resort to putting crazy glue to keep the 2 sides closed. The soldering part was an ordeal in itself so I got smart later on and ordered one that was already wired with a 4 pin XLR for like a few bucks more, this way I avoided the ordeal and have a male 4 pin to boot.
If you see one for under 5 bucks let me know, I need like 100 of them for my friend who is making BTO high power LED on-camera video lights.

patents and trademarks makes plastic as good as gold

Yeah, they look damed close to the connectors they use for RC planes (only 90 cent) - but of course they don't fit - been there done that.
I keep searching.

It is only a connector end. i mean they sell their ENG batteries for close to half a grand each, bought over 30 myself over the course of 10 years, most went bad just after a year's service, now they have the "improved" versions of the batteries that cost like 50% more. And they charge an arm and a leg for a piece of plastic !!
I remember Apple when they gave their IEEE 1394 interface for FREE and Sony was quick to adopt it as their iLink version of Firewire. Boy, some companies sure want to squeeze the lemon past the seeds and onto the other side.
