Hi guys I wanted to get some advice and tips for a documentary concept I am currently planning to film. I currently have a t2i but hopefully I will be upgrading to 5D MK3 at the end of this month. I have 11-16 Tokina, Canon 28-70 f2.8, 50 f1.8ii 70-200 f2.8, Rodemic pro, Steadicam Merlin and hopefully in the next couple of days a shoulder rig.
I am looking to shoot a documentary for a musician solely from a first person perspective, the whole concept is to put the viewer in the shoes of the artist in order to connect them with the whole musical and thought process of creating and marketing an album. Also part of my concept is that you never see the artist, this because I don't want the image of the artist to be more important than the message. I hope this help you understand a bit more.
