Oh yeah totally. Epicness at it's finest. I had the set all year (The set I bought my bother!) and finally was like "Okay, get my own and give it back!"

Re: Post your Christmas gifts you recieved!

* The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (Platinum Series Special Extended Edition)
* A new upgraded cell phone
* Some clothes
* A bundt pan and pie pans (yes, I like to cook... what of it?) ;D
* The pleasure of watching my niece and nephews as they marvelled at the wonders of Christmas!!!! That is the best part!

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and wish you all a Happy New Year!

Re: Post your Christmas gifts you recieved!

I got some sweet dvd's, a couple of nice books, some kitchenwares and housewares.  Someone gave us french crystal wine glasses and a decanter, I got the usual underwear/shirts/socks combo, and generally everyone spent way too much money on us...

but the coolest gift of all might be the hardcover copy of Chuck Palahnuik's new book "stranger then fiction" that I asked my mother for. She indeed delivered on my request, with the surprising addition seen below...
