Post Production Contract, Help Please!

I have a gig to do a few short internal company spots. I am providing editing, graphics, music, etc with
footage they already have. Unfortunately, I need this ASAP as they asked me to put one together. I only have the weekend to have it ready.

Can someone please help with a contract? I've searched the forum, but
everyone seems to email the contract so I could not find something that looked right
for my needs.

Thank you very much!!!

You could always resort to something simple and straightforward as long as you don't let any lawyers in on the secret.

You agree to do xxxxx to the customers satisfaction and have it done by xx/xx/2010. If you can't complete it to their satisfaction in the set amount of time the penalty is xxxx. If they are happy but they don't pay you, then you hold a lien against the production and they can't use it. Or somesuch. You don't have any attorney friends?

Make sure you set measures as to what "customer's satisfaction" is or it will never end... perhaps enter a set number of revisions as part of the completion date/price.
