Post House hardware checklist

So, for years and years I've been flying by the seat of my pants in filmmaking. Shooting and editing with whatever I could get my hands on. I believe my post-production skills have gotten to the point where I can do it full time for a good living, so I am planning to set up a small post-production house. I'm putting together a business plan and I'm at the point where I need to determine what tools are needed. I've got my Mac Pro 8-core and pro-tools with all the software in the world I'll ever need...what I'm looking at now is periphery: Studio Speakers, HD reference monitor, output to that monitor, hard drive arrays, footage acquisition tools (decks and card readers so I can be compatible with most clients who will come my way). If you editing folks could put together a dream list for a post studio, what things would you pick up?
