Post Audio Help

I'm working a new trailer (current edit here) and was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on cleaning up some audio. I understand how basic noise removal works with noise prints and I understand what an equalizer does. However, most of the time I don't have any real plans of attack to correct problems, I just apply filters and play around with settings until I (hopefully) get a better sounding final result. So, if you guys could maybe outline some basic workflows to repair some specific issues listed below.

00:44 - "Me Too" I think I just need to ADR this line as the recording is just quite bad and it wouldn't be hard to match up. But if you have other suggestions. I'd like to figure how to improve it in the event I couldn't ADR a line and was stuck with poor recording.

01:00 - "I know somebody with a boat....." In the context of the film/scene the reverb isn't so horrible but in the trailer it just stands out. Any tips on how I could potentially clean it up without recording it again? I might loop this too as he's off camera most of the time so it wouldn't be an insanely hard thing to do but, I'd still like to learn ways to attempt to cleanup excess reverb.

01:14 - "We're Botanists" is a little thin sounding. I can't loop this line so any advice would be helpful.

01:25 - "And now... I must kill it" just sounds strange to me

If you guys have any other suggestions for any of the other audio I'd love to hear them.

Thanks
Eric

The levels are all over the place, as is the EQ of the talent's voices, some are usable, some ADR would be advised. The VO is thin with numerous plosives and sounds.. well.. amateur. (sorry) Hire a VO pro. I would replace some of the gunshots as well. The overall level is low for internet usage.

I'm aware the levels need tweaking.. We just haven't fined tuned that yet. The voice over is the lead actor so we won't be changing who does it. What did you mean by thin? Just needs EQing? Also I can you elaborate on "number plosives and sounds.. well.. amateur"? Do you mean the delivery should be improved? The content of what is being said is bad?

IMO, the actor's content is fine, the delivery is subjective, so if it works for you.. By means of 'thin', the tonality of the voice seems to lack 'body' or lower mid-range. "Plosives', refers to breath pops ie: blasts of wind hitting the mic's diaphragm. They are quite audible with fulll-range speakers and sub-woofers. In your case, they can be 'fixed' in post without re-recording, a multi-band limiter can attenuate these or they can be surgically altered one at a time.. depending on the situation, this is usually faster, easier, cheaper than ADR or re-recording.

Thanks for the info!

it basically needs a sound dub , Ive dealt with a lot worse when doing promos made up from film stock t if you want it to sound punchy and like all other movie promos it needs to be treated and dubbed in the same manner!
