Possible to slide/shift all edits at once?

Hey guys,

Kind of a weird situation here... Because of a frame rate recapture issue we need to use the slide tool to shift every edit forward by about 3 seconds in our timelines.

I'm wondering if there is a less painstaking way to do this? (like you might do in photoshop actions or with macros)

Press A, then hold shift and click on a clip. This will automatically select all the clips in front of the timeline cursor.

EDIT: This is for Premiere CS3. For CS2, you would press M.

yeah I don't want to MOVE the clips physically down the timeline. I want to keep everything in place but simply slide the footage inside my in and out points by 3 seconds.
