Portabrace for HVX200?

[John Rivers]

Hey everyone,

Any recommendations for a Portabrace case to fit the HVX? The website lists 3 pages worth of models that could all potentially fit the HVX, but any experience with one that just feels "just right". Thanks.

Yeah, and preferably one that can hold all the accessories too, like matte box etc. I'm in the market for a case too.

thanks,

Porta Brace DVO-2U DV is the one i got and it works pretty well.

I bought a CS-DV4 because I needed a bag I could carry-on for air travel. The bag is big enough to fit the camera, a bunch of batteries, shotgun mike, wireless mike, screw-on filters and tapes, but would probably not be big enough if you also have a mattebox, rods, and follow focus (I don't, so I can't be entirely sure).

The DVO-2U is a good choice if you have camera support gear (matte box, etc.), though it doesn't meet airline carry-on requirements, if that's important.
