Poor quality

Hey,

I've exported a small part of a project that I am working on, and the quality of the movie (that plays in windows media player) is a lot lower than I was expecting. Any chance that I could increase it? Any help would be much appreciated!

P.S. One of the titles that I made in photoshop is also sort of 'humming' back and forth... is that normal? Thanks again!

What was your export settings? Did you export as a 352x240 wmv then try to blow it back up to full screen on playback?

Anyone have another server site? I have tried downloading it directly from Microsoft; I didn't know I could get it anywhere else :).

I wouldn't get stuck on getting WMP10 right now. You can just increase the bit rate at which you're encoding and the quality will increase.

Regarding the title from Photoshop, what do you mean by "humming"? If there's hesitation or stuttering, you may want to try exporting the photoshop image as a movie first, then import it in as an avi. If it still occurs, then you may want to try a dedicated compression program like Sorenson Squeeze.
