Poor quality

Hello,

I'm new here and this is the first day working with Premiere pro cs5.
I've recorded some 50i clips on a 30 mb/s sdcard.
Now i've imported one of the clips, set the playback resolution on full, but the quality stays poor.

This is a screenshot from a part of the clip at 100%.

Can someone tell me what i could be doing wrong?

Set Program monitor to fit. That is how it should be viewed.
Check sequence settings. They should match the clips.
If you do not know which setting to choose drag a clip from the project bin into the new item icon.
