Can I have a polaroid picture in my movie (close up)?
Is it a copywrighted stuff? or I can use it without polaroid permit?

There will be a close up of a polaroid picutre on the screen for a few second...

Thanks,
Voytek

I'm certainly no David Jimerson...™ ;) but I don't know why you couldn't.

If you were showing a close-up of a *normal* photograph would you have to get clearance from Kodak or Ilford or Fuji... or whoever manufactured the paper it was printed on?

Re: polaroid on the screen

..yeah the only reasons you wouldnt be able to would be if the content in the photo was not your own, and you did not have permission to use it, or you might want to do somethig if it says "polaroid" on it recognizably anywhere.
