Polarize This!

I was looking on B&H's website at the polarizer filters and I saw them priced from $29 to about $300. Can anyone give a tip to a poor man like me as to how much money I should spend (or how little) on one of these filters. I understand a little of the circular and linear polarizer but I've heard mixed comments about there relative function on a 100b (which I own). I need it because I'll be shooting through windows in a controlled studio environment in a darker setting (Music video). Thanks all.

Hi:

If you are on a budget, I can recommend the Cokin P-Series filter holder and polarizer. Very cheap and decent quality, I have shot many films and television programs with mine and it has worked quite nicely with the DVX, HVX and my still Nikon cameras.

All the best,

Dan
