Can someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial on how to make an opening for Adobe Encore DVD 2.0?

I am trying to create open with footage of the movie, or well overall, I am just trying to make creative, interesting opens for my dvd's, if someone could point me in the correct direction that would be great!

A menu or an actual video opening?

Build in After Effects and drop in as a first play movie if it's the latter... i don't use Encore so I can't help you with the former.
