Pocket Dolly vs Konova

Hi
I'm reposting because I haven't received any replies yet

Very soon will be in the market for a basic slider for my dslr gear.
My criteria in terms of priority are
1-smoothness of slides
2-ability to do vertical slides
3-as noise free as possible
4-portability-light weight
5-price

For the price, the Konova seems like a great deal.
Curious how it stacks up against the Kessler Pocket Dolly basic which is 2X the price.
For my needs I was at first considering the Kessler pocket Dolly with hand cranck, although more expensive would offer me an upgrade path to the motorized option I believe.

Any feedback welcome!

I am also curious. I have seen that most users of the konova are DSLR users. Don't know if my HPX170, which weighs in at about 5lbs, would work well on it or not. As far as the konova being rebranded cinecity equipment I will have to disagree. The konova uses bearings and the cinecity stuf, from the pics, seems to be an igus type bearingless slider carriage and rails. I have the Igus DIY slider and am not 100% happy with it.

I am not sure about the Konova stuff but I have had the pocket dolly for a few years and am quite happy with it. hardware like this I like to buy knowing it's going to work. Having said that $300 Bucks isn't too much of a risk on a piece of gear. I also have gotten their Pocket Jib and am loving it. Here is a review with both of them. Mostly I talk about he jib but the pocket dolly sits on top and I use it all the time. No noise, super smooth and it does have a crank. Not that I use the crank that often but I am thinking about getting their motion control head that would drive the dolly via motors.
