PN-AG-MC100G xlr mic, good?

Me again. Looking around this morning and found the above mic for around $160. Once again, we have to do a voice over and then regular (wedding) events.


Is this a decent mic? My big fear is "omnidirectional" which means to me that it will pick up a lot of unwanted audio.

nope, long story short - it sucks.

okava, or any of the "DVXuser approved" cheap shotguns. thats the baseline, my friend. read the stickies if you havent done so yet.
