Pluraleyes 3 to premier help

Hi guys we are pretty new to the whole post audio scene. We are photographers attempting documentary work so please go easy. I've searched and read plenty but still can't seem to solve our problem....

Plural eyes 3 does not export once we have synchronised our video and audio files in plural eyes. We use the "final cut XML for premier" and it just takes forever to export. This is extremely frustrating for us. We are using CS6

We are using one external audio track (sen g3 lav) with two video tracks (5dmk3). It seems to sync ok in plural eyes (sometimes. at other times there are clips that don't pair up) but once we go to export it just takes forever.

We are shooting 1080/25 and lav is wav file.

Any tips? We are having to do everything manually on the timeline in premier and it is literally killing us:cry: Please help

Plural Eyes 3 claims is lightning fast compared to version 2. When I upgraded to 3 I noticed the syncing was really quick but the exporting made it a moot point as it still took a really long time. Bottom line is that I reverted back to plural eyes two and really enjoy using its much simpler interface and not guessing wether someone is frozen or just taking a while. That being said, it goes quicker if you disable "try really hard" and if you enable "clips are chronological"

I never had luck using Plural Eyes. Now, I just manually sync. With regards to Premiere export for Plural Eyes to read, I never had a problem with it. Have you tried using other clips / audio to test?

You should also realize that Pluraleyes was not built to sync audio, it was built to sync video using audio. They actually have a different product that was designed to sync audio it is called Dualeyes and is now bundled with Pluraleyes 3.

So if your trying to sync audio tracks that is probably a better, maybe faster way to go.

I use PluralEyes 3 regularly to sync multicam events with external audio and export to Premiere. However I have noticed a few bugs. One is QuickExport crashes or hangs so I just use regular export. Another trick is after loading all the files, I'll save the file maybe close and open it before syncing and exporting. Maybe that will help you.
