Plugins for Duo/Split Tone Effect

Hey all i was wondering if anyone knew if there were plugins so I can create this look

for video, im shooting with a 7D and I would love to apply this look to some of my vids.

You should be able to create that look with “sony color corrector” (I think that’s what it’s called, I’m away from my computer right now). Maybe add some old film grain and lines. There may be a plugin that can do it but I’m fairly positive you can achieve this look simply by spending a little time.
