I am looking to see if there are any plug ins for creating News titles, Graphics, etc. for a short film I am doing?

Here's an example of some of the titles/graphics that I would like to do.

As you can see that is an actual news report, and I would like to do some graphics as real as possible. Can someone please tell me if there are certain plug-ins for Final Cut Pro that I can buy? I know some of the 3 D graphics, I will probably have to do in After Effects, but I would like to do atleast some of the titles with colors behind them, kind of transparent.

What would you recommend I do?

If your looking for a more pre packaged solution Digital Juice has a number of motion graphics packages that do these kinds of things. It's not a plugin, but then neither is Motion or Livetype.

Noiz2 - So I checked out Digital Juice and they have a lot of different packages. Which one would you reccommend for doing just strictly News Titles (LIVE, Breaking News, etc)
I would like some cool movements, but I need to be able to type text into them.
