and what kind of lights i need?

What type of overall look and feel are you trying to achieve? Is your film supposed to be dark and moody or bright and cheery? That's quite a large room you need to light...

Also, where are you going to place the generator? Aside from loud noise they make, you need to make sure you have adequate ventilation for safety reasons...

It's sort of an impossible question to answer. I would ask how much of the room you're going to see?

20mx20m is a pretty large area.

Consider using practical globes to light the scene. They're cheap, so you can have a lot of them.

The practical globes in the above shot provided the entire light for the scene. It was 14x100 watt houshold globes, which provided me with enough light to shoot at f1.3 320 ASA. Lens was a 25mm zeiss superspeed.

Thanks Patrick
What i want to achieve is quite similar to what you have done, just about 30% brighter than yours.
can i use 2k blonde head flood light to light up the space?
i am also consider kino flo diva-lite or 4bank as they provide every nice soft light.

thanks a lot
