I don't mean to be a party pooper, but doesn't anyone else feel that this is wrong? 
The girl with the most votes isn't necessarily the most deserving. She was just lucky enough to have a boyfriend whose a member of DVXuser. Some of you even voted more than once. WTF? ...And from the looks of it some of the other contestants have boyfriends (with internet) too. This is suppose to be a beauty contest and "People's Choice". Not "Hey, vote for my girlfriend!" Is this how contests are run in the age of the Internet? I would hate to think if the DVXfest worked that same way.
Zach - You should have just provided a link and had DVXuser's make the "choice" of who to vote for. If your girlfriend wins it will not be an honest victory. You can tell her that. Your girlfriend is beautiful, if others didn't use the same sneaky tactics as you, she might have won fairly.
Honestly "Krystal Beck" is the most beautiful woman in the "contest." Not only because of her appearance but because she only has 21 votes. It's obvious she is the most deserving. She didn't have all her friends vote (once or twice) or have boyfriends go on a forum campaigning for her. She is going by her looks and personality alone. Krystal Beck got my vote. ...And she can have my phone number too.
Since this contest is rigged anyway, maybe I should go on an Internet Campaign to get Krystal Beck to win. Or maybe Shalon Lorah. She only has 9 votes. Would your girlfriend be offended if Shalon won? Hmmm

Part of me thinks that all beauty contests are wrong. I wouldn't take it too seriously. I don't really know any of those girls so I can't say which is truly deserving of the apple dumpling crown. I don't even know if the apple dumpling crown is even something women aspire to. Perhaps the winner will be forced to roll down mainstreet in a kiddy pool full of steaming apple dumplings. I don't think there's such a thing as an honest victory either when it comes to the internet. I'm sure every one of those girls asked their friends to vote for them. I know I would.
To be honest I think most of us voted once. The real vote wringing is coming from Djquikfingaz car website. Those guys are relentless.

Most of us know the difference between right and wrong. This is wrong. No matter how you twist it to fit your particular conscience or beliefs. "Please do me a favor" and don't help people rig contests in the future. ...Or for the next DVXfest I am going to submit a 5 minute video of my big toe and then goto other forums and ask them to "Please do me a favor." Sadly I agree with P.K. Zach should have had us vote 'blindly'. TO behonest, I would have still voted for Stephanie as I believe she is the prettiest of the girls. Really. My vote would easily have fallen there.
I look at the other girls with a lot of voting and wonder if they might be 'padding' the votes as well; Rebecca Pletz? Alexa Bordner? Tracie Lutz? Come on. Those chicks are not easy on the eyes at all.

When any type of contest is posted on the int3rnet, there's always the chance cheating will occur. It's the price you pay when the fate of a contest is in the hands of computer nerds.
IMO, I believe ALL contest votes (beauty queen, photoshop, dvxfest, etc.) should be cast via Email and the results should not be published until the winner is declared. This way people can't see who's winning and be like "oh wtf I'll vote for 'em too."
Although this doesn't stop people from "recruiting" others to vote for their choice. I guess a way to stop this (for forums though) is to have a set post count to be eligible to vote.
In the end I was only looking out for a fellow DVXuser member. I guess I should be ashamed for ruining some lucky girl's chance of becoming the world renown "Miss Apple Dumpling."

yeah.. im not even going to vote. and not just cause i dont care, but both the girls with gazzilions of votes should be disqualified. i think she wouldve shouldve won fairly. but this is wrong. if one of the other girls was my girlfreind id be prety pissed off that people were rocking the vote.. not to mention id be pissed my girlfreind was so "not pretty looking" LOL .. anyway. not trying to be a party pooper, but it is wrong.. and even if either of the gazillion vote girls wins.. theyll be "sour apples" and nobody will respect the win. theyll all hate her for the rest of thier lives.. and shell blame you for it. and all youll be able to say is..
