Please recommend 8v DC external power bank

I'm looking for an inexpensive (less than $60) external battery pack for my Yongnuo YN600 LED lights. Instead of using a bunch of Sony L series batteries, I'd like to use an external batter pack like this XTPower one, and run it to the DC input on my LED light.

The problem is that the XTPower outputs 9v at ?amps, and my LED lights takes 8v at 5amps. Would running 9v from the XTPower fry my LED lights (the reason I ask is because I've seen people on YouTube run 7v cameras on a 9v XTPower battery, but I'm not sure of the long term effects)? I suppose I could wire up a buck converter to get the appropriate voltage and amperage, but it wouldn't look very clean.

Can anyone recommend an external battery pack that outputs 8v 5amp?

The most promising thing I've found is the QD185-TY power bank, which runs about $55 with a 6-pack of 18650 Li-ion batteries.

Let me know if you know of any better options.
