Hey gang... I know this is a little unusal and all, but could you take a moment and listen to this clip. It is not pollished audio wise that's why I included the printed version so you can follow along. it is the opening audio framework for a piece I'm doing for some kids in a boarding school I used to attend in England. I'm looking for feedback good or bad: Thanks ;) PS yes it will be all DVX footage

Mino, okay here's my problem and its always been an issue for me. I don't like to hear music with someone singing while you have narration, its such a distraction. I was trying to listen to what you were saying but the dudes vocals kept interfering. Thats my only complaint other than that the mix was good. If you can find anyother music with just insturmental would be good.

Thanks Spider... I want to keep the music intact because it is suggestive of the period. Do you not think I could push the dialogue and lower the music?

yeah, that would be good. I figured you used that music for a specific purpose. Turn down the music and raised the narration.

Good point David...I guess, Though I never said as much, that I wanted feedback on the writing... Does it make sense or is it over the top?

Well, it *is* a little thick in places. Seems to have a lot more to with your experience as a youth in the Vietnam era than it does with the school the piece is supposed to be about.

Sorry David, my fault again. The peice is about what it was like leaving the school mid term to come to Canada and how my life changed ater that. I was wongly diagnosed with aspergers syndrome and sent to this school. I never forgot the kids and their bleak outlook on life. I'm trying to say "hey you just never know what's gonna come down the pike to make life OK" If that makes any sense :)
