Please help me!

I have some clips I am working with in FCP that were shot with 24pa. I am noticing that some of the clips I captured (all in batch capture) came out as 29.97fps and others come out as 23.98fps. I know I told it to capture in 23.98, so why would it assign some of them as 29.97?

Is there any way of fixing this without recapturing?

Kyle,

I wish I could help, mostly I am just commiserating. This has happened to me as well, although very rarely.

I will be have captured two dozen clips at one and one of the clips will capture with the wrong time code. Very strange.

Anyway, I hope you find an answer,

Chris

I tried to do that and it said it could it could not find any advanced pulldown to remove. I wonder if I somehow bumped my camera into another mode for that clip. Pretty strange.

HAAAAHHHHAAA!!!

The only two things I HATE about the DVX are the headphone amp and the fact that those buttons keep changing on whims!

LOL

Would doing a clip info show you what they really are shot at?
