PLEASE HELP Me WITH THIS Annoying Error?

ERROR: CAANOT SUBMIT JOB FROM BATCH WINDOW

Apple has an online solution for this and I applied it and I'm getting the error again and again

I followed Apple instruction an reinstalled the compressor and apple QMASTER
Packages. I attempted this several time.

I also reinstalled the DVD Studio pro 3 and then upgraded it to 4

I'm still getting this annoying error. Can anyone Suggest a resolution?
I have a MAC G4 Lap-TOP Computer

I'm using compressoer 2.1 (after reinstall and update the package )
I'm Using FCP 5
I'm Using DVD Studio Pro 4

Check with the activities monitor. You should see qmasterd and qmasterqd listed.
If not then it's not running.
Do a search for qmaster. You shoudl find a copy in libs > Startup and shoudl see a framework as well.
There should be a qmaster log and carsh log as well you can view.
I assume you don't have Norton Utilities or any other software that might interfere with operations.
