"Please help me out here" Help - How can I display even/pam display ????

Oh My god - I just spent 1 hour trying to figure this out - Must be something simple Pleas help me out here ..

I used to be able to see the "Event PAN as a pop up - over everything else ( like over the sequqnce pan ) and I could move it around as a separate window .

Now the window is locked at the bottom and shows aa another tab -- No matter what I do I cannot ake it appear out side of the tabs ..


Please advise - This is driving me insane - I'm not used to edit in this way ..
I tried the default layers-

hmm, I believe there are these four dots on the top left corner of the screen - from those you can drag and drop out of that tiny square, i think double clicking makes the window float too.
