Please help me find this interesting street musician from LA

Hi all. There was a thread a long time ago about a street musician soeone did a documentary kind of video about. He played something kinda like a hammered dulcimer, and had there metal pieces on the ends of his fingers he used. There were interviews with some famous music sorts, including Steven Tyler who had hear him on the street also.

It was a very unique sound, very pretty, and haunting. Also, a totally unconventional way to play, with those metal spoon looking things strapped to the tips of each finger.

I have been looking for this video for quite a while, and I just cant find it, since I have no idea what the man's name is.
