Hi All,
I am kind of reposting this topic as I may have posted in the wrong section and I am also posing my question differently. Ok so I am a final year student doing a BSc (Bachelor of Science) in Film Production Technology. For my final year project I have to investigate a subject matter within film production. The title of my investigation is 'An investigation into Experimental Film'.
The sort of ideas and suggestions I am looking for are different ways/techniques in which I can composite a short film for example I heard of a film maker who created a short psychological horror using a Digital stills camera and he basically took thousands of still images and used layering to composite something that looks completely different and is very effective. This is something that I could also do but I am also looking for other ways in which can composite a short film using alternate methods.
Like I said I am doing a Bachelor of science course which means every part of my investigation has to be about technical side of the production and not the Art of it. So any ideas or suggestions that anyone can come forward with would be very much appreciated, even if you think the idea doesn't relate or is stupid I would still like to hear them because it may spark a new idea in my head. Thank you.
