Please Help compressor error - Getting error Cannot submit batch

Hey you all, This girl needs help

I'm getting this weird error and I have pulled out as many hair I can spare
I've looked on line and there are several hundred suggestions.

Please help if you had this problem:

error message


prroblem .. Cannot submit batch
unable to connect to background process


I have comprressor version 2.0.1
My FCP version is 5.0.4

Is there an easy fix? I hope not a re-install . The original CD is not readable

Sorry man this happes allot. You need to reinstall the porgame. Most the time this happens with a copy that has a registered number by someone else. The best way to do it is get a copy of dvd studio and just reinstall that. If the CD is un readable you can get a new one that works on the intel comps for $50 you do have to turn in your old disks.
