Please Help !! PM em or post ..
This is the first time I have shot in 24p.
Most of my footage is in 24p now.
Today I captured the footage into my Final Cut Pro Ver 5.0.4
The sequence & capture preset are set to :
dv ntsc 48 KHz
I did not realize it until I exported my sequence to quick-time movie and then
played back the DVD I made on the TV screen .. Oh my God -- The picture looks horrible - Too pixelated ..
I looked at the original quick-time footage and it's same result. I looked at the footage on a large screen .. The resolution degrades as I make the replay to fit the my 15" mac screen in the quick-time .
In short - I must have done somthing stupid .. Please tell me I just captured the footage incorrectly and I need to do the capture differently? Is my capture setting incorrect?
If not what else accouts for this?
