PLEASE BE WARNED ABOUT EOSLIGHTING SYSTEMS, LLC/PCLIGHTING SYSTEMS (same company)

I ordered a light kit a year ago from EOS Lighting, LLC (PC Lighting Systems is the same company) and all went well (keep reading). In early November (11/10/11) I ordered a much more expensive light kit from them but it never shipped. They kept giving me excuse after excuse. Finally on 11/28 I canceled my order per their instructions and as directed by them in writing. They advised that I would have a refund in 48 hours. I have NOT received a refund (today is 12/17/11) and have called numerous times to speak with accounting but they always have excuses. They said they were having trouble with Paypal, then the bookkeeper was out sick and the latest is they are in the middle of an IRS audit. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Moral of story: BUYERS BEWARE OF EOS LIGHTING, LLC OR PC LIGHTING SYSTEMS (same company with two websites). This has been the worst experience I have had with a company.


P.S. I just purchased great lights from Cool Lights USA (based on recommendations and the company's interaction on this forum) and they were terrific to do business with.

Sorry to hear of your issues with the other company. We've been hearing those stories now here on DVXUser for about 4 years or so about that company. Lots of threads about that. Glad we were able to help you with the products you need afterward.
 
Shame to hear and good luck with getting them fixed.

I just want to give an extra plus to Coolights, who makes great lighting at a great price. They're very helpful and gives great support. Highly recommended!

equipment.

Can't speak highly enough about them and their products.
