playback issue after render.

Does anyone know what's going on with vegas pro 13 when i try to render video and after complete all i see is a white file that i can't do playback? Do i need to get some codec player to view or is vegas pro 13 is mess up.

What settings did you use to render?

I try the require setting and others but all i get is a white file after render into a folder. I didn't have issue with vegas pro 12 before. Even when i try to export all i see is .veg and other similar. I want to export into video file like avi or mpeg4 but no such luck.

I think i might got it. I was able to render out and watch it after 20 times trying to figure out. Thanks for trying to help me out.
