PLAYBACK CONTROL: Pulldown Pattern

I'm cleaning out my brain and I've got one more for ya'll --
Under the 'System Settings' there is a tab: "Playback Control."
Under 'Pulldown Pattern' what do I select for 24PA footage that was captured correctly (using the 2:3:3:2 advanced pulldown removal) and edited on a 23.98 sequence?
I have three options for Playback Control:
2:3:2:3
2:3:3:2
2:2:2:4

Now, 2:3:3:2 would make the most sense to me cause that's the pulldown removal pattern, but I read somewhere to set it to 2:3:2:3 cause after you've removed the pulldown that's what playback should be. Hmmmmm.

And one more thing (columbo), under my RT tab top left of the Timeline, no matter what I set Playback to in the System Settings the only option it gives me here is 2:2:2:4.

Aaaah, more joy from Final Cut Pro. I'm on 4.5 HD, maybe some of this has improved in 5.

Very much improved in 5.1!

If you imported the footage correctly, it is 24p already. Just make a 24p Seqeunce, it'll be fine. The playback pulldown only applies to non-24p footage that may get dropped into the Sequence. It will not affect 24p clips dropped into a 24p Seqeuence. Ignore the setting.

RT settings are very much improved in 5.1, upgrade.

I don't even remember what FCP-HD looks like anymore...
