Plates that fit MANFROTTO MVM500A Monopod

Looking for plates that fit the MVM500A MANFROTTO monopod.

Not a full size plate though. Something that is half or less in size than the original plate that slots in to the head.

Any one know where I can buy one ? third party or original, doesn't matter.
