Plastic Piece inbetween Camera and mic holder

I have searched the forums and the internet for the "microphone holder adapter" as listed in the manual. And would like to know if there is anyplace on the web to order a replacement. I know there are hotshoe adapters but would like to use the camera mount. I already have the microphone holder just miss that piece that is mean to go inbetween. Any ideas on where to find this?

Your camera didn't come with one? I imagine that a Panasonic (broadcast) dealer could order one for you. Try Spec Com, an advertiser here.

You may also want to consider fabricating your own out of aluminum sheet stock. I've done this for all of my Panasonic cameras, as the plastic one eventually breaks if there is a shotgun of any size on it. The increased durability is great, but it also allows you to place your mic anywhere you want to. On my HVX, my AT 4073A crept into the frame when using a wide angle, I created a bracket that set the mic back an inch or so.
