If you're going to spend $200k, you ought to shoot your movie on film. I will sell you short ends and long ends at an average of 15 cents per foot.
If you shoot 5:1 ratio, that's 45,000 ft. Processing the negative at DeLuxe Labs is 10 cents per foot. Telecine will cost you about $2,000. You're going to be under $15,000.
