Placing a 75mm ball head onto a Three Riser Steel Combo/Boom Arm

Hi all:

I have a shoot next week where the client has requested that I place the C300 MKII above a small tabletop scene facing straight down.
I've sort of jury rigged this sort of setup before just using a 5/8" male spud to a 3/8" or 1/4" 20 male to the bottom of the camera, using
a grip head to position the camera. The downside is there is little adjustability and the camera cannot be panned to adjust for parralax very
easily. It would be cool to use our Sachtler or Miller heads mounted up on the boom pole somehow but neither are flat base,
both are 75mm bowl mount. I have a pile of flat base heads laying around but they are all cheap Manfrotto crap, which are useless and
definitely cannot accomdate a C300 MKII.

Any other tabletop or food/cooking show shooters mount medium sized cameras directly overhead? If so, how to you do it? What grip pieces
to you use? I sold off most of my 3 ton package when I sold off my truck that could carry it but I did keep a Norms Steel three rise stand
and a few C-Stands and Sandbags. So I have a fairly steady base I can build but I am not sure how to best mount the C300 MKII using
one of our 75mm ball heads without bungeeing the entire tripod to the boom, which seems like an un-elegant way to do it.

Suggestions for easily rigging a medium/size weight camera 6' in the air, directly over a tabletop setup with a 75mm ball head?

Alternately, I could rig the Fujifilm X-T3 overhead much easier because of it's size and weight and use the C300 MKII as second angle on our Rhino EVO Motion?

A mirror hung overhead? Yes I know, super old school but it might be what you are looking for. First surface mirrors are better than regular mirror glass.

There are some really good and small PTZ cameras that you could use, SDI out to a recorder and y should b able to rent them fairly cheap. Most of the good ones can be hung upside down to give you the kinds of angles you need. Again, not at all what you've asked for, but probably how I would approach it.

After that I'd probably want to use some small tri-truss sections to build a support for a decent head. Your weight is kind of getting up there for something that isn't triangulated (head plus camera). Some really good C stands and a section of truss might be enough for me.

What about a ladder truss goal post rig:

- 2x jr stands
- 2x 1-1/4" speedrail lenghts
- 2x LADDER TRUSS WITH JR. PIN FOR 1-1/4"
- slider brackets OR mini slider brackets and a cheese plate with mitchell to 75mm adapter

- there's also this leveling mount - https://modernstudio.com/products/mini-ball-camera-leveling-mount

- Proaim makes a Truss Connection Plate - https://www.proaim.com/products/proaim-truss-connection-plates-euro-mitchell

Otherwise, what about a long valley seven jib? - https://www.longvalleyequip.com/sevenjib.php
