Pixelated Blurs on Light Driving me Crazy!

I just logged some footage I did for a music video last night and I was really annoyed with the problem of pixilation occurring around light sources. How can I fix this problem? I edit on FCP 3 and it seems that I can fix it by making it black and white, but I don't want to do that.

I don't know in FCP3, but a slight chroma blur will clear that right up for you. THis is just a downside of the DV codec.
